quick help guys !pls

Hey guys i need some quick help

I boguth some indiglow lights for my car and i m trying to install it. I m stuck in where to put my power wire. I read some people decide to use their brake fuse and i read others that have tap it with the power wire in the blue connector.

I ve check the voltage in the blue connector and i m getting 1.5 volts dc in a couple of wires but nothing bigger than that.

I also found the fuse box diagram

So please i need some help where to install my power wire. I was going to do it at the instrument light fuse but i dont want to overload .

thanksss

never mind. I just finished it.

Tap my power wire to the running light fuse and the lights work fine. I had to pull out two fuses to make sure i was tapping into the running lights , I had to extend my ground ( splice a 22 wire) and I had to run the dimmer but its all done!!!...

lights look great.

They have no damn instruction. I m guessing the can ran up to 12 vdc. Most lights can hold that much power in dc current. I dont have a cigarette lighter in my car!! There may already be a power source for it but i would have to dig deeper.

I read a few forums and most people tend to tap it to the running lights (parking lights) , i just had to find out what fuse belong there. i tested it a few times and everything works fine. I had it on for 30 minutes and no problems so far. The dimmer works fine too

I bought this ones

was it a hard install? wont u have to take off the needles n stuff?
im debating between getting one of these, or jsut changing the bulbs in my cluster to the SIR amber ones, and changine the climate console to amber as well.

actually its pretty easy to install. I dint have to remove the needles at all. It took me long because i wasnt sure where to tap the power wire. I bought it from this website

96-00 EK EX Civic EL Glow Gauges Gauge White Reverse MT on eBay.ca (item 310204924660 end time 04-Apr-10 18:17:43 EDT)

40 $ us including the shipping. I ll take a picture tonite to show you guys how it looks.

If you know how to remove the cluster ( which is 6 screws) then you are all set.
