Do you honestly think some aftermarket company that can design, manufacture, market and sell "projector" headlights for 100/pair is going to design a better headlight housing than a team of honda engineers?

I'm running projector head lights with day time runnings, Hid's and high beams and they run awesome.

But unfortunately selling them to get a 99-00 front end

projectors are crap... i used them, they give no light when using regular lighting... HID is the way to go if you are using them... then they are good.

With these projectors, do they scatter the light with HIDs (creating glare for on coming traffic?) or are there aftermarket projectors that have that clean cut off (like the tsx or whatever) so it doesn't blind oncoming traffic?

not at all they are not good projection lights removes your visibility on roads
