n e good scratch removers?

well yesterday i dunno what happend but i got all kinds of scratches.. i live in los angeles and we had a storm but i dunno if thats what caused it..well the car is black so u can notice it... the scratches are light as if some one got 1000+ grit sand paper and sanded the hood, roof, and trunk.... it looks pretty bad i tried washing it but nothing... n e one know of n e wax or something i can apply to fix this? thanks...

scratchx sucks, doesn't work. i tried it today. i had those swirls on my hood and it didn't cure the problem.

ya same with that scratchx crap - to make matters worse i have minor stone chips on my hood - now i've got white spots here'n there because the scratchx filled the holes :(

looks like professional buffing/detailing is the way to go
