my doors wont stay open

It REALLY annoys me - my doors wont stay open. The little things that keep the doors open are worn out I guess. Anyone know which part I should replace (the long rectangular piece of bumpy metal, or the thing it rests on?), and is it hard to do? I have the interior door skins off still.

Thanks.

hey civ_fan

civ_fan, I went to the dealer and a new door checker costs $47 + tax!!!

That's not inexpensive! Am I wrong here?
