mugen lips
 

im curious what the differences are between the sedan and coupe/hatch front lips. i picked up a front mugne lip thats posted as an eg 2/3dr mugen lip, but it dosnt fit. the sides dont follow the bumper correctly theres a 2 inch gap on both sides. could this be for a 4 door? is there a diff between coupe and hatch front bumpers?

Prob for a 4 door. This happened to me with type r rear lip. The 4 door lip was a couple " shorter on the ends. Is it a John Lo lip??

no its made by spw, mines th same way it wont reach all the way around and its too round for the coupe bumper.

Try exchanging it??

sedan and hatch bumpers are different (im pretty sure)

92-95 coupe and hatch front bumper are the exact same, the sedan front bumper is ruffly the same shape except both sides go a bit further towards the front wheels by an inch or so.

the coupe and hatch are the same bumper.
the sedan bumper looks different and wont fit any of them.

sometimes its just the lip that is not properly made, i had one like that, mine had a gap on the curve of the bumper

You should exchange it. Have you tried having someone else help you put it on, mine was a bit tight putting it on.

yeah i also had a front lip that was a bit short for my car.. it was made for it but just a crapy make... by the time i decided to do somethign about it i had change my mind about what lip i wanted so i sold it and bought another one...

you should go bitch slap the bitch that sold you it......take it from me.. don't buy anythign off anyone unless you test fit it first.. or the person is trust worthy... i test fited the NEW lip that i got.. for sure i wasn't ready to deal with another **** fit lip.
