looking for a lip kit for my 07 ex coupe! need help!

1) I would like to buy a lip kit for my 2007 civic ex coupe, colour is silver,

any suggestions where to get one from??

2) i'm also looking into getting an exhaust too..

from what ive seen and heard, greddy and skunk are the two most popular exhaust system, suggestions? opinions? and where to get it from?
