LEGAL or ILLEGAL? R8 LED projector headlights for a honda civic...

I was checking out ebay and found these R8 LED projector lights for a civic, now i know the new audi's have these LED strips with white but i was wondering if this would be legal being as their blue. I dont want to purchase these suckers and get pulled over for having illegal headlights.

Heres a picture of them :

I have a set in my 06 SI and the LEDs are wired seperately to a switch in my car. Now they can be used at my discretion, they are also wired into my turn signal to blink with it. I have had them on my car for a year now and drive with them on all the time and have yet to be hasseled by the police.

Well i talked to a cop the other day and he said that they are legal because they now come manufactured in quite a few different new vehicles, he said that because they are after market if a cop was being a real jerk he could possibly hassel you if he really wanted to but as long as they are installed properly so that the lights arent blinding other drivers its no problem. The LED is the daytime running lights so they wont be seen at night, which i think works out well.
