How to remove 95 civic front bumper?

Would anyone give a link or help describe the complete precedure of removing 95 civic's front bumper?

My civic's bumper is slightly displaced at the corner just below the head light, don't want to spend money for repair, would anyone help please?

Also, the window at the driver's side is a little bit loosen and won't fit the frame correctly, would someone explain how to correct this?

5 screw across the top of the bumper...
should be one screw on each side of the front bumper screwed into the fenders...

as for the window...take apart your door panel...and try playing with the bolts holding the metal bar that your window is sitting on...mine was f'd up before as well and that's how i got around to fixing it kinda..

For the 5 fasteners along the top of the bumper:
Grind flats on the sides of the 5 bolts such that your able to use a wrench to remove/reuse them. Oh and grease them before installing them again. Makes next time a whole lot easier if you do.
