how to prevent rim theft?
gettin some 17's and obviously don't want them jacked. they come with a single lock nut for each wheel. what can i do to ensure they don't get jacked? besides keep a louisville slugger with me and keep and eye out.
i'm always worried i'll go watch a movie or something with my gf and my car will be ****ed up when i get back. its got an alarm with 110db siren, but that really dosen't help the rims.

i though about buying atleast one other different set of wheel locks, cheap insurance, but any other ways to protect rims? i'm thinking of getting something like the club too, won't help with wheels, but an alarm with the club will help the car unless its towed. Honda's seem to be targets, i donno if an EL is better or worse, but still want my ride to be there when i go to it, know what i mean.

there is this thing you can buy from DEI that if your car is being jacked up it will make your alarm go off...

Its called a tilt sensor. I got my stock rims jacked right in front of my house back in september... (bad memories, still ticks me off). A tilt sensor will help out.

the best way to protect your wheel from not getting stolen would be to have it left back inside your house and drive without them.
SERIOUSLY.
you actually think tilt is going to help?
98 percent of the time NO thief will steal rims off the lot right there because the amount of traffic going back and forward is waaayyyy to much and they dont want to get caught. they will just steal your damn car and take it somewhere else and take it off. IMO just another waste of money.
SERIOUSLY.
