HID installation
is it hard to install HID's? im getting them today and i just wanna know if it'll be all just plug and play or do i gotta find wires, splice them in and so on. if anyones got a DIY for an EK then thats perfect.

No splicing required. Just plugs. Depending on kit, you most likely gonna have to ground it off. When I did mine it all pluged in, and had 2 negatives, 1 per balast. I just grounded it beside the headlights. Make sure you secure the balasts somehow. Don't want em flying around.

ok cause im getting them from the guy who sells the hid's here as a vendor (the hid lighting i believe its called) im getting the h4 low beam hid only no need for highbeam normal ballast, ne of u guys bought from him? and is the install straight forward?

So you will be driving around with no high beams? I bought my hi/low for 140$ and had em for 6-7 months until I got rid of the car. Worked flawlessly.
But yeah install will be straight forward and you should get a diagram with the kit showing you how it goes together. But really its hard to mess it up.
