When you say Bi Xenon HID, is it the same as having the HI/LO beam HID?

BiXenon is a single bulb with a reflector inside that moves when the high beam is activated, and a high/low kit means that there is a small halogen light bulb attached to the base of the hid bulb which acts as your highbeam.
