help with blackhousing

i already got the lens off, but was wondering if its necessary to clean all the extra glue from the light? if so then whats the best way to do it? should i put the pieces back in the oven to melt it all again?

no, just pick out as much glue as you can using a screwdriver or a xacto knife. use silicone caulking to get it back together. it doesn't hold AS well, but it seals perfectly. Next time you go to open them up, they'll just come right apart with little effort, but they will stay together very well otherwise.

yeh B is right, its time consuming, but its worth it to get them nice and clean.

yay.. mine are all dun and they look amazing. i finished em like 3 hours ago and it is now raining so i hope i sealed em well. if i get pics wit hmy friends camera ill post em
