i cant use the stock harness i would love to but something happened(long story...mother natures fault) and my harness burnt out....so i had to do that...now i tried again but this time instead of puttin in a 10amp fuse i put in 15amp and the fuse didnt go out....i am wondering should i put in 15amp fuse and let it be...if i do is there any chance of the fuse holder melting and not doing its job and eventually causing a fire???(worst case scenrio??)

How many amps are those bulbs rated at? Using the aftermarket relay does not suck it actually is better then your stock harness thicker gauge wire and relays which will save your stock harness from melting. I know yours already did melt but if you had used an aftermarket relay harness ealier it probably would have not happened.

Trust me on this Jay is wrong on this one. He paints cars, enough said. I think he is referring the harnesses that come with the aftermarket headlights.

i am saying if your car oem harness is melted have that replaced first then use the aftermarket if you want too.

no point in using an aftermarket harness if your oem one is already scrap.

Also from a couple of memebers using the aftermarket wire harness it gave them problems like the headlight bulb dying prematurely at random intervals, not enough light output on one side etc etc...

again it could be ****ty install. but even the sellers of the headlights recommened using stock harness.

selective sound is better equipped to answer the question.
but from what i seen and from what you have told me that would be my ideal solution.

please do correct me if I am wrong selective sound.
