Fog Lights or Projection Lights?

Well, Im on a limtied budget so for my 2001 civic four door, I saw those LED Halo lights on ebay for around 200, should I go for those or fog lights? I cant really afford both, I live inthe city but could see the fog lights helping for ski trips, Which should I do first.

Also do you guys think I should go for black or chrome lights for my silver civic?

I just bought the one piece halo projectors in black housing...look pretty tough...but still havent installed them...having a little difficulty in doing that...

for a silver car either one would look good....all depends on whether you want a soft or aggressive look to your car...I like the agressive looks of the black so thats what i went with.

Definetly Chrome on a silver civic....but that'z just my opinion . . .

Fog lights would look good too, and then u could just clear out ur headlights.....and get rid of the amber reflector. .

I'd like black projectors on a silver car.
But hands down get fog lights...especially if you want to increase your visibility.
From my experience the light emitted from my projectors aren't very strong...but I guess it all depends on the bulbs you use.

i say black housing projector headlights, but for $200 US on ebay is quite expensive and that's not including shipping charges & duty fee...

lastyear i bought my projector heasdlights (black) on ebay for $138 US, but the shipping cost me $120 US plus duty fee ... it ended up being the same prices in T.O.
