Remove trunk from hinges, buy Home Depot hinges.... bend the purchased hinges to mount on the factory hinge, and mount the trunk lid back on, so now it's on two hinges, one up and down, and the other flip and flop :p

I dont think its very hard to do man. Probably would cost around $10 if you went to home depot and bought the hinges and screws:).

yah man i got msn, Ill pm u info...anyone else want this **** ill pass it on...I paid money for it, but I got way more than its worth out of it, so I dont mind shareing its wealth :) If done properly your trunk will not leak water...mines been done for 2 winters now, and its bone dry...the Trunk will also sit crooked if you dont take your time bending the hinges, Ive seen some slopy installs of it...

imported_Team Rukus 31-Jul-2003 05:35 PM

ait bro i am awaiting ur pm wit ur email so i can add ya.
thanks alot.
ya i kno its an easy install and all but its jus that i am very picky when it comes to being perfect so i rather not experiment wit a car that i just nearly finished after 2 months and read the instruction on the EXACT how to.
thanks alot BoostZex ur too kind;)

no problamo...they are very detailed instructions...about 8 bucks in parts needed, results were very impressive, you could probably charge 100$ to do it if you work in a body shop... just make sure to have a nice sharp drill bit, cuz a few holes for the locks are tough drilling:) Anyone else want these instructions just PM me...

scarlemthug 31-Jul-2003 06:26 PM

add me to msn MS_2_Scarlem@hotmail.com.......i wanna know too.
