I'm thinking of buying a civic that has some rust in the back wheel well and was wondering roughly if anyone knows how much body works will cost, it's not to bad of rust. Has anyone done this before any help is appreciated

I got a quote of 1900 to fix the rust dents dings and paint my entire car from Macco and I got a quote from somewhere else (forget where) for 1500 and I also got a quote from a second place for 4 grand.... depends on what you want and the quality you want.
