Few questions about RSX seats...

Well i finally found some rsx seats which i always wanted for a descent price...but i wanna know a few things before i get them. First of all im guessing they wont bolt right in to my EK, so what has to be done to install these seats? Will the back seats even fit in my car? And will the seats sit higher or lower than my stock seats?

thanx for the help...

I heard that they sit higher then your stock seats. Hence one of the reasons I havent put it in my EL.

My buddy had a set of RSX leathers in his Del Sol.. they sat HIGH, he later got Type R seats and there much better suited.

one thing you could try that I hear some people doing, not sure if it will work tho, is swapping seat pans with stock seats....might sit a bit lower then (maybe)...thats if they fit..

rsx seats are like the EP seats..
you won't be able to swap pans, these thing are pretty integrated..gen7 coupe/sedan seats are the same way

you'll have to cut off the old brackets from your seats and put them on the new rails...

you can always modify them when u make the brackets to sit lower aswell. I thnk the EP3 seats would be much better suited to your car though alex, cause there black with red accents.

The only seats that actually sit you lower in your car are Del Sol Seats.

And yeah, one bolt doesnt line up on GSR/ITR seats into an EK. Too bad no-one chimed in to warn you before you bought them.

you mean seat pans right?.........

I dont think any seats will fit in the back of a civic coupe alex. The only thing i have heard is people gettting the type R rears and removing the fabric from em and pulling it over the stock EK rears and it turns out pretty nice.
