Listen Newbie.
you came to this site like 1 month ago and dont try to tell the vets. of this site that we are being asses and are trying to not answer his question. if he did a simple search you would see that about 5 people asked the same ****ing question in the same week before him and over 100 people asked the question in overall

but to satisfy you here it goes.

the mod is NOT done to the bumper (thats called a hack job)
its done to the rad support itself. there are two tabs sticking out where the grille would normally go there u trim that tab in order for the 99 bumper to slide in cuz the 98 is to wide.

i aint trying to start n e thing...
but every site i go to its not just mods, but people in general, i mean people ask the same questions sure, but thats all i hear is search, search i mean it would be smart to do it yes, but what does it take to post an anser only 4 seconds? if people don type new anwsers whats the point of having an open forum? why not just have a info site...

geeze... not trying to start n e thing... i am the newb to the site thats fine, but i give nothing but respect, and i expect the same...

but all i am saying is it doesn't take much time at all to give a simple answer...

really? it takes for second?

wanna do a write up of how to do the mod from top to bottom and front to back then you will see how long it takes.
also there is no point in writing up another HOW-TO on this mod when the SAME mod is already shown on the SAME page as this post. all you have to do is take 1 second and scroll down.

re-read the first post...
he's NOT asking for a how-to just what parts are needed in order to fit the headlights...

n e how, many have alreay answered his questions... so end of that...
p3c rukus... just stated my opinion...
