Door locking issues!

Door locking issues!
Hi i have only have my dx about 2 weeks and im noticing that the doors arent locking every time when i press the door lock button on my remote. the car came with a viper alarm not sure what model, and im guessing door actuators where put in with the alarm.
any help would be great.

I had a similar problem. I took the door panel off and sat in the car watching the actuator move, you could tell it would only move like half way with the first click.
Also, you can measure voltage at the regulator. It could be that not all 12v are getting to the motor which would lead to partial/non operative actuator.

Well, I disconnected the actuators and pulled out the alarm lol. It was old and useless.
But incase it is stuck, or dropping voltage due to corrosion or broken wires internally, not much you can do but replace the actuator
