Cracked Fender Liners

Anybody have cracked front fender liners from lowering their car and the tire rubbing the liners until they crack?

Mine are cracked near the top where the tire used to rub against it. I have since rolled my fenders, and they dont rub anymore.

I was wondering if anybody had any quick fixes to patch up the cracks? or to fill in any missing pieces? Main concern is the salt in winter, getting up into the fenders n rusting everything.

Another option i've been lookin into, is to just replace the fender liners. Only issue is that after the roll, they wont fit 100%. So i was gonna take a heat gun to them and stretch em out a lil so they'd cover the lip a lil more, then maybe silicone the thing.
