Clear but confusing license plate cover

Sorry about the werid subject but really didnt know how to describe this license plate cover.

I saw this licesne plate cover that was clear, appered to be normal except when you looked at it from an angle, the numbers looked blurry.

Its this werid little ridgity makes it hard to read but isn't as obviosu as those blue and smoked licesne plate holders.

Was looking for one of these in tornoto...

any ideas?

I search plate holder and couldn't find any of the ones I was talkin about.

acually all license plate covers are illegal, even the clear ones.

you can have a frame but no plastic covering the plates.

I dont want these to avoid getting a ticket, its more the fact that I have a silver 7th gen, and blue/smoke holders look rice on it

The one your talking about is there... and the one your talking about is ment to block the plate numbers from above cameras (ie 407 cameras, redlight cameras, photorader...) etc...

dont get caught

(btw the spray doesnt work with the new cameras ei 407 etc...)

nope actually they arent illegal.
because the ministry of transportation (drive test)
sells them.
they are there to protect ur plates from corroding.
the ones ur talking about are illegal but not all covers are.
