Cleaning Rims

I recently purchased some rims, color gunmetal, just wondering which cleaning agent is the best to use and where to get it? thanks
p.s: these rims are in good shape but VERY dirty and i want 'em too shine

I use Spray9. Its a heavy duty cleaner/degreaser. I've used it on wheels before and it won't hurt the finish.
