Question Car wash products

This is a spin-off of the washing your car with dish soap thread. I'm wondering what products everyone uses to wash their cars with.

Exterior
I usually use Zymol soap and a cotton mitt. Today I used some Mothers car wash I found in the shed because I haven't re-stocked my supplies for the summer. IMO the Mothers sucked. It left lots of water marks and it hardly lathered either.

Interior
I use a damp cloth and a tiny bit of Simple Green sometimes for dirtier areas. I also rent a carpet cleaner to do the floors and seats with, but because of the easy winter we had, the interior is quite clean.

Engine
For under the hood I use a C-T foaming engine cleaner. It works awesome. Sprays on like oven cleaner and it eats away lots of dirt and grime.

Windows
Windex for tinted windows.

My interior is usually clean. Exterior, I had Mothers and ran out, then my father bought Turtle Wax soap. Didn't want to waste it so that's what we are using now. After that gets finished, I will try something else.

Windows, I clean it when I remember it. Engine, I am going to wipe it with degreaser next time rather than hosing it down, and if I do, I am covering the valve cover :P

wait, isn't windex + tinted windows = NO NO

amonia eats the tints?

anyways, i use the coin op i haven't gotten around to buying my own stuff to wash the car. sooner or later i'll get to it, but i use that simonize wet towel or whatever, it like a sponge-like material for speed drying, yet it handles like a towel.

Exclamation Car wash products

OMG...I cant believe how many windex users there are...yikes.
Exterior: Sundance to wash and turtle wax for body once every couple months.
Interior:Black magic for vinyl and plastic parts with an old shirt.
Window...good old vinegar and water...especially gentle on the tints
Engine:not much to show under the hood yet, therefore no need to clean with any degreaser.
Tires:Black magic tire foam..best so far!
p.s
If you really want to get specific, chamois to dry for prevention of water marks

You can buy ammonia free window cleaner for tinted windows and I think McGuires makes tint friendly glass cleaner. I've also heard of people using newspaper to clean the glass.

exterior: simple green car wash soap - IMO best stuff out there, and smells hella nice too, Meguiars NXT wax, and Meguiars Quick Detailer if i'm lazy lol, Plast-X for headlights, Rain-X for windows, Mothers Back-to-Black for black trim parts... Simple green for the rims if i'm too lazy to scrub by hand...

Interior: is always pretty clean, i use Meguiars Leather Cleaner for the seats, and a Swiffer cloth to pick up all the dust (I HATE a shiny *** dash that is left after you use sh|t like armour all), and a vaccum to pick up any dirt that's around...

Engine: Simple Green. nuff said, works better than anything else i've ever used, wet the enging down.. spray the hell out of it with SG, wait like 5-10 min and rinse... and ur done.
