Buzzing Indiglo Guages

Well I just installed my reverse indiglo guages (km/h of course) and I hear a very high pitched noise when they are on. What can I do to get rid of this noise? I recently read somwhere that a small resistor will get rid of that noise. Is this true? Do I itnstall the resitor before or after the tap? Please Help!

If anyone wants pic of the instllation let me know.

Hey I think that's normal for it to buzz.. When I first installed my indiglos (the original ones, not reversed), I also discovered that the little black box that the gagues hooks up to started buzzing when I turn it on but its almost a year since I've installed my set and its still working and I still hear it when its all quite around the car.

Just move the transformer as for away from you as possible. Ie.....as far to the rear of the dash as possible.

It will whine .....after a while, you'll get used to it, and you won't notice it anymore.
