Anybody here have experience removing double sided tape?

The WW kit on my car is coming off, folks. I'm going to go the CTR route.

Problem is, I have to be very careful in removing the fender flares, with their double sided tape. I'm just wondering if anyone can provide me with any tips regarding this sort of thing, as I really don't want to damage the clear on my paint. I already know I should use heat (blowdryer), dental floss, some nail polish remover, and even a little goo-gone/adhesive remover, but is there any other advice?

Thanks.

heat would probably be your best bet, do it on a nice warm sunny day too, not in the cold

haha...what I mean is you go to get some gas to remove the sticky stuffs, and it won't hurt your paint. My friend is a car bodyshop worker and that's the trick they use. Cheap and work. I use to remove all of the emblems and stickers within 2 mins and it's just amazing me.

Thanks for the tips, guys. I can't wait to strip this ugly-*** kit off my car come springtime, and give her the look she deserves.
