it's funny no one asked what kind of halo rings do you have?

are they CCFL or LED?
the LED ones are not powerful enough to blow the fuse, they take only 2 may be 3 watts compared to a regular tiny wedge based parking light bulb that takes 15-20 Watts

my guess is it wasn't installed properly and the circuit was shorted somewhere.

just splice them properly with your parking lights make sure to insulate everything and you'll be fine.

why do you care about his angel eyes. he's looking for repair advise not criticism. I didn't buy a BMW because I dont have to make up for a small D!?k as most BMW owners have something to prove. I have less than half what someone has invested into a BMW yet I walk them all the time.

Enjoy your civic angel eyes or not.

Dont nobody care bout his angel eyes fool. It just look damn near stupid on civics cause it wasnt meant for em but to each his own. Your analogy bout BMW owners makes no damn sense. BMW owners can prolly say tha same ish bout Civic owners buying civics cause they aint got no ***** and no money but hey if that **** floats your boat then go head.
