angel eyes/headlights help

hey guys i was just wondering if anybody can give me some advice.
I recently replaced my stock headlights on my 98 civic si, to black housing projectores with angel eyes. However upon completion (when i turned my car on) all my lights started blinking (headlights, dash lights, tail lights and interior lights), its more like a constant blink kinda like a trafficator, and plus, now my speedometor has gone haywire. when i drive or accelorate it goes to zero, and when the car ideal it goes all over the place.
All this began just after i changed the headlights and replaced the bulbs.
Can u plz help.

Possibly drawing too much current. Voltmeter that and check your wiring. Angeleyes need extra current from what I heard. Did u cut your harness to do it ? More details

if you spliced your harness, then your taking current/power from a component in the harness you wired them to (ie. running lights, corner bulbs). you should fix the harness up and wire a totally seperate relay and all to the angel eyes so your not taking power from anything through a harness.

ohh my bad i didnt totally understand it like that the way you explained it before. thats kinda weird though because normally you can just plug your old harness into the new headlights and all you need to wire up is the angel eyes. hmm, can you post some pics of the lights and the wires?
