Acura EL blinker rewiring

Hey guys. Just got a 97 acura el and I wanna rewire the blinkers from the fog lights to the side markers on the headlights. Any opinions on how? I have no idea what I'm doing

and then have the parking lights as the fog lights? or no fog lights?
