The reverse lights on my 89 Si wont come on and I need to get it safetied. please help

i don't know... my 92 hatch has a reverse light problem too

i don't think mine was the fuse problem tho... because my mech had to call honda and buy this "switch" thing that actually makes the light go on when you engage R gear... it was around 80 bux with labour

its a sensor on the tranny youll need to replace reverse sensor switch i think its called

if its not the fuse, its the reverse sensor switch...
most likely its the reverse sensor switch...
it is normal for a 13-15 years old car to ask for some new parts replacement...

you can test it

just unclip the connector on the tranny, and jump a wire between the 2 prongs and the reverse lights should come on, if it does its def ur switch
