Do i need an upper and lower strut bar?

ok, I'm installing lowering springs and suspension with lower control arms. But do i need a strut bar? i know it will help with cornering but some ppl say i should get one, the triangular one.
Also should the lower control arms be aftermarket or can i wing it with stocks?
Thnx

I assume you're talking about a front upper strut bar (when you ask about the triangular one). Strut bars will tighten up the car to a small degree. You would notice more, if you installed sway bar(s).

Both stock & aftermarket lower control arms will both work, when installing strut bars. However, if you do decide to install sway bars, you have get the appropiate LCAs (usually GSR/SiR/aftermarket).
