Diy- Ef Crx Guage Face And Lighting

aight heres the deal... gotta shop that will make white guage faces for my crx... they dont make them in canada anymore nor do they make them to read KM/H... so i found a shop that will make me some... recommend this?? and how well will they light up if i just change the OEM bulbs to whater desired color?? anyone done this??
