So to answer this Question there is cutting involved on the 96-98 bumper.
I'll do the whole Installation for you guys and show all the Plugs for the install since my teachers are on strike and i have nothing better to do!

i finally installed my fogs and everything works except for the ON/OFF feature on the switch. my fogs and the orange light on the switch would light up only when the switch is pressed but when i let go everything goes off. everything is oem in my setup except for the lamps and relay. what could be the problem?

sorry to bring back an oooooooooooooold topic, but i had my foglights on a 2000 civic installed for like 3 years, but during that time i have manage to crack both glass covers anyone knows how they can be replaced. if any place just sells the glass part, because i don't want to go out and buy a whole new kit just for those two little peices.
