You need a 15/16 MC

you have 3 choices.

-1991 Honda Civic EX 4-door master cylinder.
-Integra MC + BB
-92-93 Si MC + BB
(I don't know if 94-95 Si are the same because they went to a rear disk set up, they may or may not be)

Just so people know....the 15/16 m/c mentioned in the original honda tech thread from the 1991 civic ex sedan, cannot be purchased in canada or ordered here.

I had to order and pick mine up from a honda dealership located in buffalo.

I need everyones help ASAP and as much as possible. Thank You.

I just installed the 1991 Honda Civic EX 4-door brake master cylinder in my 1993 Honda Civic DX to replace the old 13/16" one with the new 15/16" version.

My dad and I just bled the brakes for maybe 10 minutes because it was dark and now my the car has NO BRAKES. After we were gonna test it, I kept on pressing the brake pedal down and all you feel is it going to the floor and you can hear a "noise" sounding like a low growl "duehhhhh" when pressing it to the floor.

What can be happening to cause this???

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

Forgot to remove the old rubber washer thingy. So I left the old one in therre and also kept the new one on the MC thus essentially having 2 rubber pieces in, thus the barrel became shorter.

Dont make the mistake I did. Costed me like a week. LOL
