This coming weekend marks the beginning of Daylight-Saving Time.
Spring forward...
Rumour has it that changing the clock disrupts sleep patterns. Has anyone noticed that...or anything else that gets altered by having a 23-hour day?

but yea its this weekend ... i love the longer brighter days tho ... makes the days feel warmer and longer ..
