I think the problem may be in defining what a "snuff movie" actually IS.

Is it:

(a) A film of a murder; or
(b) A film of a murder committed for that purpose (i.e. a murder done for the sake of filming it); or
(c) A film of a murder, produced for distribution to an underground market.

I'm not taking it personal, but it seems people are only interested into violence, murder and evil in this world..
