start of the new seasons
this month is the start of most the new football(soccer) season
i want to hear your prediction on whos goin to win the various leagues and whos goin to be europes powerhouses.
i believe chelsea will win the premier league,celtic in scotland, bayern munich in germany, monaco in france, madrid in spain, and juve in the seria A

hahahaa rangers in scotland i know im a celtic fan but they have been playin like **** in pre-season, i know its only pre season but losin to a 3rd division german club is terrible plus losin to everton.

Well, for the four that count:

Bayern
Celtic/Rangers (two great teams, really weak league)
Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord (three great teams, weaker league)
Le Championnat (don't care)
Portugal -- do they have a professional league?
(Porto or Benfica)

As for Chelsea:
They had a fine team, made even finer by their signings. Teams have 'bought' teams before and not won. They folded in Europe last year in Stavanger, Norway of all places! They need to get over their inferiority complex re Man U/Liverpool. I predict that Man U still have the heart and 'team' to beat them. We'll see. I like Rainieri's caoching style a lot...
