We could make it able to track your kids or car for 100's less than a boomerang...

That's nice, so that thing he soldered onto the board was a RLC-1 TTL Converter right? then install the interface and thats it. Sounds simple, anyone know what cars come with the on star gps system?

MBSi about 47 GM vehicles come with ONSTAR, like any higher end SUV (Yukon, Denali, Envoy, etc), Caddilacs, Impalas etc... but remember on SOME of them it's optional, so it's best to look for a Blazer or Envoy unit.

So if I get one from a wreck, is it actualy possible to hook that thing up to our cars or any other car? if so I wanna try it out :nods:

Al you need is 12v DC from my understanding of the subject...
