Sports Injury Clinics - Cost and Anyone ever go?

So i'm looking into some options to get my arm under some rehab so its all better.

I've tried many different things at the gym for the past couple months, but to no help, it is still messed up. Played my 2nd game of dodgeball last night in my league and my throwing arm is messed up again, in serious pain.

I have medial epicondilytis (sp?)

I've been to the doctor already, and he said that it was still inflammed and an injury like that can take up to a year to heal, but a therapy session would help speed up that process.

Thoughts? Opinions?

doesnt your work cover this?? it is usually fairly expensive around 800 bucks to over 1000 depends where you go

Go to a sports therapist if you're in that much pain.

Did he recommend anything for inflammation? Icing it down should help, maybe even wearing some kind of support to minimize movement?

Just go to physio, average is 50 bucks a pop. Well worth it, I've had too many injuries to name and I'm thankful everytime. Takes time!

Xscorpio 27-Jan-2009 09:36 PM

wtf you are "FT" and you dont have benefits....

Gallagher 28-Jan-2009 08:05 AM

Cynikal.Mindset 28-Jan-2009 09:30 AM

1999blksi 28-Jan-2009 11:58 AM
