Sport Compact show.

I was just watching it and they had highlights of some done up orange eg.

Guy was from Ottawa I think it was.Saying I have a jdm type r fully built with jackson supercharge , I've dumped over $75000 on this car and this car had caused ppl to get into accidents because they cant stop looking at it, and he mentions that it was dynoed at 250hp/180lbs torque

As I watch and hear this I start laughing,. I mean car looks good and all. If I owned it I would'nt drive it cause it looks so shiny and all. but damn $75000, hehehe that hurting and not only that , I spent just under $10000.00 on my all motor and i'm at 210whp. his setup has got to be messed or he got mad ripped off.

The point I'm trying to make is thats some serious money. being at stage I am now .... my house and soon to be wife are my focus, I mean I love my car, will always but priorities have changed and if I had $75000 it would go on my mortgage or on a new m3 not a 92 civic,

just a opinion.

hope I did'nt offend anyone

Had to be bullshit...cause i fully built typeR motor with boost should be well into 300+ hp...far past it
You can get a built D-series turbo engine into the 300+ ****....so why arent this guys numbers alot higher?

Did he have shaved corners, and an aluminum top wing? I didn't catch the show today, but I think I know the car you're talking about. It's a really phat ride. Pure showstoppa.

i give him thumbs up. car looked mint " interior was just had the seats wrapped in orange/yellow but the paint job and the engine were mint.

its just distgusting on how much he dumped into it. not only that i just kinda feel bad.

his interior is stock except the seats as i mentioned the paint job was around 10g's. but everything else was dumped into his engine and for 250whp he was ripped off big big time.

I was just pointing out that $75000 on civic is really hurting.

Actually he could of spent alot on chrome, custom stuff, obviously not too much on the interior, suspension. I can see putting alot of money into a car, but 75,000$ is just to damn much to have a stock interior and 250HP. He should atleast be pushin 350 hp, be able to keep up with an M3 or better on the track and still look better when he parks. Hell if I had 75,000, I would use it for a down payment on a house. But if you got the money, why not??
