In a positive move imho, CivicForumz was sold by the previous owner to Internet Brands, a very large company that has websites all over the world. You'd be surprised how quickly questions are answered and concerns are addressed, despite the distance.

(Just as an fyi, the TCC name was changed by the previous owner a while before the sale of the forum.)

wow I've been gone too long. I went looking for TCC and came across this site and my ID still works after about 5 years of inactivity.

I joined way before Oct 2007, strange... guess that's when site migrations happened?
