I spotted an EK civic hatchback silver DX trim with middle spoiler and top one with third brake light had also passenger side rear quarter panel rusted little bit with black rubber sim is missing in same quarter panel. (black rubber sim that goes around bumper and doors.) had a girl with long black straight hair riding shotgun (passenger seat). he was rolling a J and smoking I took pictures while you were rolling for 10mins face down. 
smelling them in our neighborhood where my neighbor kids preschool was fully outside playing.. I know your plate number and I did use my sick *** camera to zoom in on your plate and your faces. So don't come to my hood again or I will do something along the line of calling an officer or take things with my own hands maybe my opp brother will. you been warned.
was 1.6L sohc I heard the starter sound. anyone want his plate number and his face all over youtube, facebook and forums?
