he's joking

but on a more serious note, working your legs is the most beneficial thing you can do

the majaority of your blood is in your lower body and working legs hard causes a nice big release of GH. Have a weak bench or any other lift? Try improving your squat and watch all your other lifts improve with it.

Weird but true.

day 1 for ex is

10 sets, 10 reps, same weight - decline dumbells

3 sets, 10 reps, same weight - incline flys
3 sets, 10 reps, same weight - dumbell pullups (tricep)

I may be wrong but I think that's known as German Volume Training and I've never tried it myself.

I found HST training to be ok.

The only annoying part is the first several weeks of lifting very light weight.

www.hypertrophy-specific.com

I think that's the site.

3-5lbs of fluctuation is not a big deal, from morning to night my weight goes up and down 5lbs

steve

you're probably more like 12-14% if you can't see abs

just because you're skinny that does not mean that you have a low body fat %

that's what we call 'skinny-fat' people

lol, when you use to weigh 225; I think I'm happy at 150-155.

I walk around at 170-175, but if I have a match I drop to 150-155. It takes about 4 weeks and most of the weight is water weight. Keep in mind I'm 5"6' with 14-16% (Last check in Feb) body fat.

well 225lb it depends what kinda weight we are talking, lean or fat. if someone is 225lb round person then yea, cutting down and would be best, but if you are 225lb lean, and cutting down in the weight then there is something wrong with the person.

i personally think that anything under 160lb is small.

Also, Micco, what exactly do you do, to cut down 20lbs in 4 weeks?

I am not an expert in cutting, tho i do it every year, around summer time, but its take forever because i dont want to lose to much muscle.

he just said it's mostly water weight

you can cut 10lbs of water weight in one weekend if you want but it's pointless because it all comes back the second you start eating and drinking properly.
