I spotted an undercover Ford either F250 or F150 without the bed. It had a bed cover. Look like an Explorer. Like an SUV type. I spotted the vehicle while heading west on 401 coming from Scarborough Town Center. He was pulled over just before Kennedy Rd. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
No lights whatsoever. No attenna as well. He had his for ways and stuff on when he was pulled over.
Red Ford undercover. Heads up people......

Maybe not undercover... aux police or detective. Undercover has to have all the decked out lights and strobes, else who's gonna stop for him. Imagine... some guy behind you in a Daewoo with his 4-ways on trying to pull you over

How did you know he was undercover nautica? He probably had the siren on his dash and you probably didn't notice it.

by decked out lights and strobes, I mean cruiser must have all the "safety" equipement, b/c they spend so much time pulled over and blocking traffic that they must be highly visible, so strobes, spotlights, cherries, and communication equipment are all a requirement. However, an aux police vehicle or detectives can get away with just a cherry and hazzards since they don't spend a lot of time pulled over. A tow truck would have a yellow cherry, and a snow vehicle would have a blue one.

I seen undercover truck few times:

Most of the time they are Dark Blue Yukon or Tahoe.

But I have seen Black Dodge Ram used as undercover truck once, and he actually pulling over a Cadillac on Hwy 7 and 404 exit. He dressed like SIU that u've seen in the movie... Bullet proof vest, guns on the side and wearing a blue cap.
