Prolotherapy - ever had it? know anyone that had it?

Has anyone ever had this done or know someone that has had it done?

I've gone to physio for a good while now and I cannot seem to get better.

The pain is not going away and my elbow still seems weak.

mine is my elbow though.

It doesn't hurt when I left, only when I do certain things, like baseball, golf, dodgeball, etc.

anything with any sort of throwing motion.

I've been reading up on prolotherapy and I am considering trying it out.

You try it kwasley?

Dude, quit playing dodgeball!

It's a sport for kids, and by that I mean that it's not a sport for people with adult joints to be playing.

Because the ball is bigger than your hand, you'll always be throwing it kind of awkward. Because it's so light you'll always be stopping your throwing motion with your joints. Not a good combination for adults and a bad idea if you have any kind of arm problems.

yah, i did quit dodgeball. No worries there.

I injured back in august playing baseball in a tourny up in oshawa.

I can't give up baseball though, I like it way to much.

edit:

I had a baseball tourny this past weekend, got us into the championship, then I couldn't play because I was in too much pain.

Once all the awards/trophies were handed out, I was asked play short stop for our league team for the provincials. Physio therapist told me no. So I had to turn it down.
