Private property laws

Who do I get in contact with if someone like my neighbor is breaking private property laws? like having a car sit on his driveway for months and months with no legal plates for example. There is a law against that if your all wondering..
But if anyone knows please help me out thanks!

talk to your home owners association... they would have the contacts

but on the other hand how is this car bothering you.. if it's not in your way who cares! people complaining about other people's land in a **** off.. if it's not causing an evironmental disaster and isn't affecting you leave it alone.

have you tried asking the home owner in question about it?

You're not retired are you? If you're not you should be. I think there's a law that you have to be old and retired to complain about things like this.

if it's not negatively affecting you, let him do what he wants on his property. i hate when people get bent out of shape about **** that doesn't affect them. if it is bringing down teh value of your house or stoping you from using your property to the fullest, by all means go ahead and complain, but if you just want it moved for absolutely no reason, i hope he keeps it there for permanantly.

my neighber mad at me cuz i got a pile of crap on the side of my house
he threatened to call the city on me
if he actually does, ill totally **** him over by putting a fence there
(he put his A/C there so if i put a fence, there wont be any roof for him to walk to his backyard)

Honestly I think its better to be on good or at least "peaceful" terms with your neighbours, rather than wage a war on eachother about something stupid. This way if your ever doing something thats technically illegal then they will prolly look past it.

BTW The walkway between my house and my neighbours is filled with garbage cans and milkcrates. Sometimes the racoons come and knock all that **** over and its impossibe to walk through. Neither of us care too much about it.

thats some straight up bitch tactics...weak!

just **** up the car like play some baseball in the front yard aiming at his car or play some tackle football and run into the side of the car...and when he bitches abou broken windows and dented body panels just tell him "if the car was in the garage then this woulda never happened"

well, its a different story if it's leaking oil everywhere and **** like that, but if your doing it just to **** him off, thats just gay

and i'm gonna have to agree with that malvern comment as well, that **** doesnt fly to well over here

my neighbour pretty much parks his entire car on my grass, and i could care less, cause when we're out bbqing and sitting on his ledges he doesnt care either, thats what neighbours should be like, it's give and take, but the neighbour to the otherside of me, he pulled the same **** as this, and i would watch his house burn down to the ground before i call the fire dept.

so just becareful what you do, cause it could turn around and bite you right back in the a$$

well if you don't own a home int he area then your not going to know the Home owners (or tax payer's) association... I would suggest asking your neighbours... there is ussually one association per sub-division so hey that is the place to start....

one day around 2pm my neighbour was play loud *** music in his backyard, and i had work at 5pm. i was trying to sleep before going to work and with his loud music i couldnt able to sleep, it was starting to pissing me off.

but instead of freeking out on him, which i was soo going to, i decided to talk to him peacefuly and let him know my my situation that i have work at 5 etc. he said sorry and turned his music off, and that **** never ever happened again, no loud music what so ever.

my neighbours complain no matter the time of day if I listen to music in my room...like so the bass in tremendous, I cant help it...its already on -5 but they still bang on the walls, come over and ring the door bell or call the police....last time the police came they said that they didnt hear **** so nothing was wrong (this was at 3pm mind you)...so I come home everyday, turn on my stereo, put on a jungle mix and have a nap...if they dont like it, pooh on them

my neighbour used to park his car in front of my house every night. i was moving cars around, and put my dad's van in front of the house. we left it there for the night.

he got a ticket.

everynight straight, my neighbour would be parking there, i thought it was a little ridicuolous that my dad's van got a ticket. I assumed my jackass neighbour called cause someone was in his "spot"

i called the police a couple of nights in a row and they got tickets every night.

now they don't park there anymore.
