What you guys think about the 2003 lancer OZ edition...
reason i'm asking is my friend is serious of buying one...
i think its a big mistake.. i hate mitsubishi.. but maybe i'm wrong....
so hes thinking the lancer or celica.. but 10x more leaned towards the lancer...

so whats your opinion ...
what u guys kno bout the lancer .. i.e. good/ bad why?

I seen a few lancers fixed up.they look nice..needs more power tho..tell him buy the lancer..and in 3 years when they start selling the evo here..trade it in..i would never buy a celica :wink:

I say go for it, I like mitsubishi.

I poop on mitsubishi cars, well most of them. and the teeny-weeny OZ wheels that come on those cars belong on an Echo hatch, not on a Lancer.

The only nice ride mitsubishi ever came out with was the previous gen eclipes...

... and the 3000GT VR-4, and the Evolutions.

when i first saw my friend's 2002 lancer i couldn't believe it was newer than my 98 si. the way it was designed i seriously thought it was something from the late 80s or early 90s.

plus there was some recent news about mitsubishi getting bad publicity in japan for having more than average recalls in their vehicles.

honda civics are the number one selling cars in its class for a reason. enough said!!!

Lancers arent bad cars at all. Only like the base model and **** are horrible. Also the thing that i dont like about mitsubishi in general, with all their cars, their interior is so terrible and plain.

all i gotta say is WRX...

let him go with what he wants, sounds like a rich kid tho
