It will snow, one thing I learned from my Gen- Ed courses when I took geology just for fun was learning about Canada's Geography, it was so worth it, now when my baby is clean I can tell by the weather outside if I should go for a drive or not. Even though there was a lot of study involved with the land, the weather was understood later.
So
It will snow, because the temperature and wind chill is getting colder and colder outside, the longer this chill stays the harder and more snow will fall.
same with summer, when does it rain? after its been dry for days, when do we get thunderstorms, when its stayed dry and really hot, so the hotter it gets the more stronger rain storm we get.
either way it will happen, its like humans, life is a balance, ever notice how calm the air is when the snow storm is gone or the summer thunder storm?.
If you still don’t get it: when a guy and a girl is horny, they wait and wait, and the urges get stronger and stronger, the longer they wait the more intense the feeling, until you know…. Jigi Jigi happens, everything erupts. lol and then everything is calm. hahaha.
Either or won’t only happen if temperatures are stable or median.
But as soon as it gets a little too cold a little too hot we are bound to get precipitation.
