i am a true romantic....true love does exist
long story short:
i remember the day i met my gf, it was science class in gr 10....we never really talked (both kinda shy) and i did not see her again until grade 12, when we hooked up the first day of class... been going out since...currently a long distance relationship

Actually i have one.. I was trying to hook up with this girl, whom i had know for a long time.. we were going out on a date.. her friend called her up and wanted her to stop by..but i was with her so we both went. I had never met her friend, but heard she was nice. Well, she was hella nice, so nice that we became friends, then engaged and married 2 years now.. theres much more to the story but meh, you get the point..
Not really romantic but hey..

A friend introduced the Missus and me.He told me he wanted me to meet this girl he knew, his GF said she had a great personallity. I said she must be fat if your GF says that her friend has a good personality.
So my buddy calls over this other guy (who I can't stand and I found out later was dating my future wife) and tells him to tell me what Michelle is like. He describes herand I agree to meet her. This other guy tells me that if I go near her we are going to fight, so already not liking this guy I agreed right there and then to meet Michelle.
We have now been together for 8 years. We have a 6 year old son and have been married for 4 and a half years.

So I was sitting in the Pub playing cards with my friends, like all good college students, (the guy that wanted to introduce us was my eucher partner) waiting until it was time to go meet this guy I was seeing before I went to work. When it was time to go I said, "When I finish this glass of water I have to leave."
It appeared that everytime the glass was low on water, Jeff would fill it up. It ended up that I missed meeting this guy and was going to be late for work, so Jeff drove me to work.
What a smooth operator he was

it was more like latent love at first sight I guess.. as we both didn't really know it at the time when we first met.... but things happen for a reason.. and here we are today
