they are going to say that you shouldn't have been driving it if there was a problem with it even after the swap.. and after the swap you shouldve got it registered blah blha blah.. and was this private property or public? if it was private they couldn't have taken it.. i don't think but if it was public and unregistered chicle blah blah blah.. and you admit to driving it i assume that they could tow it............ you shouldve registered it and insured it.. driving around without insurance is bad

mmm did u drive the car there?.......lol were there tire marks in the mud? or whereever u were driving or anywhere?...the cop coulda picked up on that...how did hte car get there?..blah blah......i'm pretty sure it'z safe to assume that if u did drive the car there......there was some kinda tire markings . . . either way if u did drive the car there.......ur in the wrong. . .

I didn't man. I was IN A CAR WORKING.

And maybe in public, it was in a new area, with new(er) houses all around.

And I was working to pay all that BS for registering the car. Know whats funny, try to call the pigs when you find out the car is rolled back, they don't give a rats ***

tow truck leaves tire marks too, he didn't do any investigating of the ground to see if there was tire marks.

was ur car towed there? to that spot?

Cause if it was......provide towing invoices etc......in court....and ur fine...pretty much.......except for a couple of things. .. .

man you cannot change the story now n e wayz he knows you drove it there.. and it was your fault you shouldve know better.. driving w.o insurance has a big penalty

ummm I think your screwed because you didn't check this all out before hand...

however

no one on here is a lawyer AFAIK (lawyers speak up and correct me) and so therefore everything that anyone can tell you is simply heresay go speak to a lawyer if you want legal advice
