I'm leavin' on a jet plane ...

Hey Guys,

I'm heading up north today for 4 months to provide health care for areas in the north. Anyone know of any good things to visit around the thunder bay area? Anyone with snowmobiling experience (I'm looking at renting one or going on a tour of some kind)?

Cheers

just west of the city there is some sort of water fall thats twice the height of Niagara.. I stopped in this past summer it's really quite the site... but the name escapes me at the moment. I wonder what it would look like in the winter.

Wawa has some great trails but is a fair drive away from Thunder Bay. Not too familiar with the Thunder bay area though, sorry. Ask me about the Sault and I can tell you anything

Thats not north. My wife who is a Nurse, was looking at taking a job in Nunavut. Sure she wuld have made almost 1 years salary working there, but its way too far away and too secluded.

What is the job in Thunder Bay? Is it through a heath care agency? She might be wiling to go there.
